Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. In store pick up orders will be processed within 24 hours for collection at our Currumbin Waters, Gold Coast studio.
Pre Order
Please refer to the individual product page for the delivery time frames. To reduce our environmental impact, we aim to send all pieces in one delivery. If your order consists of In Stock and Pre Order pieces, we are happy to arrange a split shipment upon request.
Made to Order
Our Solid Gold Rings are made to order, with an estimated dispatch 5-7 weeks from the date the order is placed.
If you change your mind, CJ will offer a gift card or refund. Read our returns policy here.

Product Information
Each piece is packaged in a CJ signature gift box, along with a compostable postage satchel. If multiple pieces are purchased they will be packaged in a separate pouch, with just one gift box. Feel free to let us know in the notes section at checkout if you require more than one gift box for separate packaging.
Each piece is designed in house and hand crafted by our global team of artisans in the United States, China and South Korea. Our leading manufacturer is a small, family owned business with female-led teams whom value responsible working practices. Each CJ piece is carved, cut, filed and polished by hand.
CJ releases at times are limited. If the item you are wanting is out of stock, please click the ‘email when in stock’ button on the product page. You will be notified as soon as the piece is available to purchase again. Alternatively email us for further information.
With every purchase, you will receive a CJ signature gift box, which is perfect for gifting. We also offer CJ gift bags, which can be added at checkout or found here.
Occasionally some items will be made available for sale on our website as a Pre Order. This means that the stock hasn’t arrived to us yet, but we are offering it for pre sale, to allow you to secure the stock.
Pre order will be listed within the product name, along with an estimated ship date in the product description. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. If you need to update the shipping address, please email us.
